Investment Sales Specialist

About the role

My Tennessee Home Solution (MTHS) is the only 5-star rated cash home buyer in Middle Tennessee, led by a veteran-owned team that values integrity, speed, and relationships. The Disposition Manager will help move properties quickly and profitably while building long-term buyer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Market, negotiate, and sell contracted properties to our buyer pool
• Manage 2-4 property dispositions per week
• Cultivate relationships with investors and buyers
• Track KPIs and ensure CRM compliance
• Support the Director of Dispositions and contribute to department growth
• Host and execute property walkthroughs with buyers professionally and on time
• Maintain consistent communication with repeat buyers, ensuring loyalty and retention
• Track all offers, negotiations, and pipeline updates in CRM
• Maintain tight alignment with the acquisitions team and transaction coordinators to ensure timely handoffs, accurate info, and smooth closings
• Same day response to buyer inquiries
• Provide accurate property information to buyers
• Complete and follow the follow-up process for every active opportunity
• Introduce financing solutions through Bancor Lending

Requirements

• 1+ years of demonstrated success in high-volume sales, real estate, account management, recruiting, or another relationship-driven sales environment; real-estate investment experience preferred
• Negotiation and relationship management expertise
• Tech-savvy with CRM and MLS platforms
• Strong communication, urgency, and consistency

Pay

OTE: $90,000+ (base salary $40,000–$50,000, 1.5% commission on deals)
