Key Responsibilities

• Implement asset allocation strategy
• Assess the effectiveness of the UUA's SRI policies
• Maintain investment performance
• Execute portfolio adjustments
• Manage expenses
• Safeguard good accounting and audit practices

Skills Needed

• Direct professional institutional investment experience
• Specializing in institutional fiduciary issues for organizations with assets equal or greater than $150MM

Length of Term

2 years with a maximum service limit of 8 years.

Meetings

Quarterly, 6 hour meetings, concurrent with the Socially Responsible Investing Committee (SRIC).

Additional Important Info

Members must possess knowledge or be willing to learn about socially responsible investment practices.
