Investment Banking Vice President - Healthcare Services

Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President for its Healthcare Services team based in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Charlotte, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior bankers throughout a transaction, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Manage client relationships and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Write compelling selling memorandums and presentations with strong business writing skills.
• Show exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in M&A transactions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successful deal execution.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $250,000 per year, with placement dependent on experience. Annual incentive compensation is included in the total compensation package.
