Responsibilities

• Achieve meaningful M&A transaction experience
• Lead junior bankers throughout transactions, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback
• Write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
• Show strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Display exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Significant M&A transaction experience
• Effective business writing skills
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Strong client management skills

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. Annual incentive compensation is also part of the total compensation package.
