Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President for its Healthcare Services team based in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Charlotte, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior bankers throughout a transaction, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Meaningful M&A transaction experience required.
• Write compelling selling memorandums and presentations with strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant M&A transaction experience.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. Annual incentive compensation is also part of the total compensation package, which is competitive with the market.
