Responsibilities

• Avoids attracting only the very best professionals has been and will continue to be a key element of our success.
• Leads junior bankers throughout a transaction, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Writes compelling selling memorandums and presentations with strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Manages client relationships and builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Displays exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant M&A transaction experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Effective business writing skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Exceptional work ethic and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling, effective business writing skills, ability to build relationships and establish trust with stakeholders.
• Leadership: Exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
