Responsibilities

• Achieve meaningful M&A transaction experience
• Lead junior bankers throughout transactions
• Review work, set expectations, and provide constructive feedback
• Write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
• Show strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Significant M&A transaction experience
• Exceptional work ethic and high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.

Schedule

This position is full-time and based in one of the three cities mentioned above.
