Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President for its Healthcare IT team based in Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA, or New York, NY. The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience, including meaningful M&A transaction experience. They should be able to lead junior bankers, demonstrate strong business writing skills, and manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead junior bankers throughout transactions, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback
- Write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Show strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Display exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
Requirements
- 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience required
- Strong business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Client management skills
- Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential

Pay
The anticipated starting salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
Schedule
This position is full-time and requires regular office attendance.
