Investment Banking - Technology - Analyst 3

About the role

As an Analyst on the Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Responsibilities include creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, and participating in client presentations. You will identify training and learning opportunities, monitor work quality, and play a critical role on transaction teams.

• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date)

Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 + annual discretionary bonus

Schedule

Hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays
