Responsibilities

• Provide innovative financial solutions tailored to clients' needs
• Work on a variety of assets and assignments across the sector
• Support the Technology team
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fast and unparalleled customer service
• Dissect income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and debt transactions
• Support M&A, IPO, and secondary offering processes
• Generate ideas and identify opportunities that expand the bank's client base and generate new business opportunities
• In-depth financial analysis and due diligence on client companies to assess their financial health and valuation
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review, draft, and maintain legal documentation required for transactions, including contracts and agreements
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Research, and Risk Management, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
• Engage with clients on their climate, transition strategies, and sustainable finance opportunities where applicable

Requirements

• Experience with Financial Modeling and Evaluation
• Supporting M&A, IPO, and secondary offering processes
• Corporate Finance
• Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include:
• Ample written and verbal communication
• Presentation development and delivery
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of investment banking practices

Qualifications

• Minimum Salary: $110,000
• Maximum Salary: $135,000
• The role is located in San Francisco, California
• The role is regulated by FINRA
