Investment Banking Senior Analyst

We are partnered with a rapidly growing lower middle-market investment bank headquartered in Dallas, advising founder-owned and middle-market businesses with over 200 completed transactions. The firm has a strong active pipeline and a reputation for delivering high-quality M&A advisory services across diverse industries. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Conduct industry, company, and market research
• Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Participate in due diligence and transaction coordination processes
• Assist in client communications and strategic advisory engagements
• Work closely with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
