Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Hudson, WI. This is a hybrid position with 4 days/week on site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial performance and controls of assigned programs, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead financial forecasting and budgeting activities, including revenue and cost planning for program milestones and pre-production phases.
  • Analyze program financial results, identify variances, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to business and finance leaders.
  • Partner with Program Managers, site leaders, and Finance Business Partners to support data-driven business decisions and program success.
  • Monitor program spending and financial performance, proactively identifying risks related to scope changes, costs, schedules, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports that support invoicing, revenue recognition, month-end close activities, and program reviews.
  • Establish and maintain program structures within SAP Project Systems, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and governance requirements.
  • Support audits, financial reviews, and process control activities while improving the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Consolidate program health information from multiple systems, including project schedules, milestones, risks, and financial metrics, to provide a comprehensive view of program performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing standardized processes, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Foster an environment of business partnership, knowledge sharing, accountability, and principled entrepreneurship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, or program financial management.
  • Experience applying finance and accounting principles, including cost management, revenue recognition, accruals, and financial controls.
  • Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems to support financial analysis, reporting, or program governance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation, and financial modeling.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience with SAP Project Systems, work breakdown structures, sales order linkages, or project accounting.
  • Project or program management experience, especially in manufacturing, engineering, medical device, or product development environment.
  • Experience with project management or tools such as Planisware, CoCo, Claude, Streamlit, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting monthly invoicing, financial status reporting, program reviews, or cross-functional governance routines.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate manual reporting, strengthen controls, and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and proactively address issues in a dynamic environment.
