Investment Banking Financial Analyst | Atlanta, Healthcare (Class of 2027)

About the Role

As an Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, you will work on corporate finance engagements, principally including M&A, capital raising, fairness opinions, and strategic advisory assignments. This role supports transaction teams with financial analysis, valuation, and presentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain financial information for companies and related industry peers.
• Perform valuations using traditional methodologies (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables).
• Draft confidential offering memorandums, management presentations, buyers lists, marketing pitches, and other client-facing materials.
• Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements on a limited basis.

Requirements

• Prior investment banking internship experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Undergraduate coursework in accounting and finance.
• Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across all levels of staff.

Pay

The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is $110,000. Actual salary at hire may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may also include discretionary incentive compensation.
