About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading technology-focused investment bank to support the continued growth of its advisory team. The firm specializes in advising founder-led and entrepreneur-backed businesses on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions across software and internet. With a reputation for high-quality execution, a collaborative culture, and deep industry expertise, the firm offers Analysts the opportunity to gain meaningful responsibility early in their careers while working directly with senior bankers, founders, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, merger, and LBO analyses.
• Support the execution of sell-side M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and board materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction processes.
• Work closely with senior bankers and client management teams throughout live engagements.
• Monitor industry trends and developments across software, internet, and technology-enabled services markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of investment banking experience, ideally within technology, M&A, or capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience preparing client-facing presentations and transaction marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and transaction execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and professional maturity.
• Genuine interest in technology and working with high-growth businesses.
