Responsibilities

• Play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts.
• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
• Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience, preferably in capital markets or technology coverage.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
• Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
