Responsibilities

  • Execute M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
  • Build and maintain financial models, utilizing techniques such as DCF, LBO, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research within the technology sector.
  • Cook up and manage deal processes, ensuring effective communication with clients, legal counsel, and advisors.
  • Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring accurate and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor capital markets activity and identify trends impacting technology companies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant investment banking or corporate finance experience, with a focus on the technology sector.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, demonstrated through successful transaction execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • A high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset, valuing team-oriented culture.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in building and maintaining financial models, utilizing various valuation techniques.
  • A proven track record in executing M&A and/or capital markets transactions, with a focus on the technology industry.
