The Business Services Group offers M&A advisory, capital raising, valuation, and corporate restructuring services to public and private companies in professional and technology‑related sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
- Perform company and business valuations.
- Coordinate and execute business due diligence and M&A transactions.
- Prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other client‑facing materials.
- Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
Requirements
- At least one year of investment banking experience.
- Coursework in accounting and finance.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and application.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong financial and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
Compensation
Estimated salary range: $120,000 – $130,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
