We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigation Specialist II SP to join the Flex I & O team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs). The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for uncovering the truth. You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fair and accurate outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our investigations. Responsibilities
- Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.
- Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes.
- Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
- Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.
- Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
- Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be fluent (verbally and in writing without a translator) in English and Portuguese.
- 18+ months of investigations experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling escalations, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
