Investigation Specialist II-JP, Flex I&O

Key job responsibilities

• Adjudicate Delivery Partner incidents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings
• Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes
• Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases
• Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
• Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for overtime, deep dives, mentoring, translations, and escalations
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese, and have the ability to take direction in English without the use of a translator
• Have 1+ years of fraud/risk investigations experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling customer escalations

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 - $31.00 per hour.
