Flex Security Officer's
About the role
The primary location for this position is Lake Ozark, MO. The wage offered is $18.50 per hour, with a schedule of 6AM - 2PM and 2PM - 10PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and their guests.
- Uphold core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
- Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within 6 months.
- Above average computer and technology skills.
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
- Willingness to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Professional appearance.

Qualifications
