Quality Analyst II, Flex I&O

Description

Alexa Flex Investigation and Offboarding (Flex I&O) is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards across our investigation operations. This role involves conducting thorough audits of cases, analyzing audit findings to identify trends, and driving continuous improvement in quality and performance.

Key job responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of Flex cases to ensure stringent compliance and uphold high standards.
• Analyze audit findings to identify positive and negative trends, proposing actionable solutions to enhance performance and quality.
• Take ownership of quality issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills to review cases and provide well-informed feedback to Investigation Specialists.
• Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Display flexibility by supporting additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement/quality control tools and methods
• 6 months experience as a Quality Analyst

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fraud/risk investigations

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 - $31.00 USD per hour.
