INVENTORY TECHNICIAN, WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS

Duties

• Ensures stock levels are checked and replenished according to daily schedule.
• Performs regular/routine cleaning and expiration date checks.
• Trains new personnel.
• Assumes weekend shift lead duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma desired.
• Medical/surgical technician experience preferred; minimum two (2) years prior experience in storeroom, central supply, sterilization and cart exchange, or Pyxis Med Station operations.
• Good overall knowledge of medical/surgical supplies and usage.
• Knowledge of materials management computer operation system and automated supply stations/systems a plus.
• Ability to make adjustments to system(s) as required.
• Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Flexibility in work schedule, assignments, and work load.
