About the role
This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (to be received upon hire) and $1,000 stay on bonus (to be received after 6 months of employment).
Responsibilities
- Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
- Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit’s commercial requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
- Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
- Coincide with domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
- Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
- Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Experience in materials or warehouse roles, with at least 1 year of experience doing cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Skilled in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
- Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour.
