Main Purpose of Role
The Inventory Systems Coordinator is essential for ensuring the precision and reliability of inventory management systems, with a primary focus on maintaining inventory accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain the functionality of inventory systems to support operational efficiency.
- Manage user access and ensure reliable equipment connectivity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct investigations into inventory discrepancies, implementing necessary corrections to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate directly with site teams to address all inventory-related inquiries and requests.
- Develop and oversee monthly inventory reports to provide insightful data analysis and trend identification.
- Contribute to the creation and approval of system-related procedures, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
- Participate in the validation and change management processes to ensure systems meet required validation standards.
- Provide support for inventory audits at various sites to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior job experience within the plant.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multitask.
Location
This position may be based at any of the following company locations: Columbus, OH; Tipp City, OH; Sturgis, MI; or Casa Grande, AZ. Candidates must be physically located and work onsite at one of these plant or distribution center locations.
Pay
The base pay for this position is $24.65 – $49.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
