About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure the availability of essential materials and supplies for clinical operations. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect all deliveries from the loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store, and distribute as required.
- Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order.
- Record all stock movements and stock issues using the Inventory control system, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Operate all Inventory Control systems (e.g., IDBS, ASID, and Excel) and other appropriate systems to facilitate stock processing duties.
- Participate in stock cycle-counts.
- Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and the Purchasing and Finance departments on all stock-related issues.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management, following department SOPs.
- Assist couriers in removing incoming shipments from trucks.
- Match boxes to purchase orders.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and utilize a pallet jack, pushing and pulling pallets over 100 lbs.

Pay
Salary range: $38,728.00–$48,410.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation, and commissions depending on your role and performance.
