About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager / Inventory Process Owner to design, build, and lead inventory management processes from the ground up across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own end-to-end inventory management processes across 4 sites, including controls, workflows, and governance structures.
- Build and manage cycle count programs to establish and maintain inventory accuracy and reduce variances.
- Lead physical inventory processes, audits, reconciliations, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain scalable inventory tracking frameworks, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
- Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution strategies for inventory process rollout and stabilization.
- Identify inventory gaps, system/process deficiencies, and implement corrective actions and long-term solutions.
- Partner with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to align inventory standards and execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to define inventory policies, procedures, and accountability structures.
- Monitor inventory risks, system gaps, and operational constraints; escalate and resolve as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, material flow, and supply chain efficiency.
- Support ERP or system-based inventory structure setup (e.g., item master, BOM alignment, transaction flows, reporting logic).
- Ensure sustained ownership of inventory performance, not just project delivery, but ongoing operational success.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Operations Management experience.
- Strong experience leading inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain projects.
- Hands-on experience with cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking tools.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred.
