Responsibilities
- Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders)
- Manages and tracks expedited orders
- Manages cross-site movement of inventory
- Disposition of dead/excess inventory
- Disposition of DMR or NCR material
- Tracks/follows up on FOI parts
- Maintains up to date records in SIMI
- Monitors Intel’s systems for shipments and identifies bottlenecks
- Acts as the primary liaison with Intel
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- High level of concentration and good communication skills
- Regular and frequent use of one or more software packages and web-based programs
- Multitasker with ability to work in a team environment or independently
- Good understanding of all functions in the department and awareness of the company’s operations, methods, and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Parts Management experience, preferably in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
