Responsibilities

  • Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders)
  • Manages and tracks expedited orders
  • Manages cross-site movement of inventory
  • Disposition of dead/excess inventory
  • Disposition of DMR or NCR material
  • Tracks/follows up on FOI parts
  • Maintains up to date records in SIMI
  • Monitors Intel’s systems for shipments and identifies bottlenecks
  • Acts as the primary liaison with Intel

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of concentration and good communication skills
  • Regular and frequent use of one or more software packages and web-based programs
  • Multitasker with ability to work in a team environment or independently
  • Good understanding of all functions in the department and awareness of the company’s operations, methods, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Parts Management experience, preferably in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
