About the role

The Inventory Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods at the Supply Chain Division's manufacturing facility. This position ensures that all materials are accurately accounted for and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify product quantities and document discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
  • Ensure all documents and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding received shipments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in receiving and inspecting goods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
