Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots on cases with issues
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
  • Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics
  • Ensures that SOP's are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliant with Quality Requirements
  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current
  • Reports / informs to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC
  • Reports Safety non-conformance
  • Affirm inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts
  • Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
  • Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports non-compliance when observed
  • Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Able to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to generate and interpret graphs
  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of
  • Superior organizational skills are critical
