Responsibilities

  • Ensures audit preparedness
  • Troubleshoots cases with issues
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
  • Responsible for maintaining all records and written procedures of quality systems (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training)
  • Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication comply with quality requirements
  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits is current; reports corrective actions to associates
  • Reports safety non-conformance
  • Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts; identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrections
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems
  • Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports noncompliance
  • Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (e.g., protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves) in accordance with safety policies
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to generate and interpret graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Superior organizational skills

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
