Schedule

Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay

$23.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential

Responsibilities

  • Ensure audit preparedness
  • Troubleshoot cases with issues
  • Update and maintain training matrix for all associates
  • Maintain all records and written procedures of quality systems (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, monthly quality training)
  • Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensure all documentation and communication comply with quality requirements
  • Maintain current documentation regarding internal audits; report corrective actions to associates
  • Report safety non-conformance
  • Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts; identify, research, and correct unique inventory occurrences
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determine root cause
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems
  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices; report noncompliance when observed
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (e.g., protective footwear, eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves) in accordance with safety policies
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, percentages, and graph interpretation
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Superior organizational skills
