Troubleshooting and Training

  • Ensures audit preparedness
  • Troubleshoots on cases with issues
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates

Quality Systems Maintenance

  • Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems
  • Maintains all SOPs and ensures they are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Maintains compliance with Quality Requirements for all documentation and communication
  • Maintains current documentation regarding internal audits
  • Reports corrective actions that comply with QC
  • Reports safety non-conformance

Inventory Management

  • Ensures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts
  • Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects them
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause

Systems Knowledge and Compliance

  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems
  • Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports non-compliance when observed
  • Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications
  • Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment
  • Writes reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Presents information and responds to questions effectively
  • Speaks effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company
  • Reads and interprets safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals
  • Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure
  • Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables
  • Interprets instructions in various forms

Training and Recordkeeping

  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematically completes all associate training and records it

Organizational Skills

  • Superior organizational skills are critical

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Wed-Sun 7AM-5:30PM

Pay

$23.00 + 1.50 shift differential
