Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
  • Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.).
  • Ensures that SOP's are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements.
  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
  • Reports / informs to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC.
  • Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
  • Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects.
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause.
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
  • Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports non-compliance when observed.
  • Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
  • Able to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company.
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of.
  • Superior organizational skills are critical.

$23.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential
