Inventory Operations Support Guide
Job Description
The Operations Support Guide's key focus is supporting inventory functions. This role also assists with back-of-house operations, front-of-house operations, reception, and customer service. It requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a customer service focus, and strict compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Inventory:
- Assist with inventory management: intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
- To ensure accuracy, assist with recurring audits, spot checks, and cycle counts.
- Avoids errors and ensures compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
- Store Operations:
- Supports the execution of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Safely lifts and carries up to 35 lbs.
- Customer Experience:
- Engages with customers on the sales floor when needed, answering questions and recommending products.
- Provides a welcoming and compliant customer check-in at reception.
- Participates in community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events to represent the Embarc brand.
- Buys customer retention using company loyalty programs.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with the Treez POS system.
- Experience in retail or operations.
- Experience with computerized inventory systems.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time role in a retail store that is open 365 days a year. Based on business needs, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
