Full-time position located in Hammonton, New Jersey, reporting to the Inventory Manager.
About the role
The Inventory Support role supports the Inventory & Distribution Departments in managing day-to-day operations of the distribution process for cannabis products. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, optimizing inventory levels, managing logistics service providers, implementing technology solutions, managing distribution and delivery routes, overseeing delivery drivers with a focus on compliance and accuracy, tracking performance metrics, and fulfilling orders. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, with hours subject to variation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Distribution Manager & Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize the distribution process for all cannabis products.
- Process and manage cannabis product orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and invoicing.
- Coordinate timely delivery of orders while minimizing associated storage costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth distribution operations.
- Oversee logistics service providers, implement technology solutions, and manage distribution routes and delivery drivers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve the efficiency of the distribution network.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-paced environment requiring high attention to detail, ideally in cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience using inventory management systems and order processing software.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of logistics service provider management, delivery driver management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Pay
$20.25 per hour.
