Responsibilities

• Tracks day-to-day facility inventory costs and supports KPIs to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintains daily reports measuring KPIs.
• Develops and manages inventory control systems.
• Facilitates and executes hold processes.
• Supports Operations Supervisors and hourly associates with inventory issues.
• Provides floor support to I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.
• Facilitates periodic performance evaluations of direct reports.
• Ensures daily communications and shift meetings provide necessary information for consistent employee performance.
• Promotes positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Three (3) years or more manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required.
• Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required.
• Three (3) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA required intermediate required.
• DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required based on the account.
• APICS certified intermediate preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with flexibility to work additional hours depending on the business needs.
