Responsibilities
- Tracks day-to-day facility inventory costs and supports KPIs to meet/exceed goals.
- Maintains daily reports measuring KPIs.
- Develops and manages inventory control systems.
- Facilitates and executes hold processes.
- Supports Operations Supervisors and hourly associates with inventory issues.
- Provides floor support to I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.
- Facilitates periodic performance evaluations of direct reports.
- Ensures daily communications and shift meetings provide necessary information for consistent employee performance.
- Promotes positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Three (3) years or more manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required.
- Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required.
- Three (3) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA required intermediate required.
- DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required based on the account.
- APICS certified intermediate preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with flexibility to work additional hours depending on the business needs.
