Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with various departments to determine inventory needs and develop inventory replenishment plans
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory audits
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and evaluate supplier performance
- Service walk-in customer needs.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in inventory management or related roles (Preferred)
- Proficient in inventory management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and management
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Compensation
$19-$24 per hour
