About the role
We're seeking a motivated Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, audits, and product movement
- Plan and delegate daily work assignments for inventory staff and provide hands-on support throughout the shift
- Manage schedules, monitor timekeeping records, and communicate updates to leadership
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and SOPs
- Lead merchandising initiatives to keep displays organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Coach staff, provide feedback, and enforce fair disciplinary standards when needed
- Possess strong communication skills to coordinate between staff, leadership, and vendors
- Partner with purchasing and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as a visible leader on the floor, modeling professionalism and reliability
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Management preferred
- At least one (1) year of cannabis retail inventory experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30lbs

- Organized and detail-oriented with strong math and auditing skills
- A confident communicator who can coordinate between staff, leadership, and vendors
- A strong leader who motivates, guides, and develops their team
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines and shifting priorities

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with inventory management systems
