Essential Functions
- Receive, verify, store, and issue parts and materials to support production needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure accurate part identification, locations, and inventory counts.
- Perform daily data entry, maintain accurate computerized inventory records, and resolve part discrepancies.
- Cook up workload and adjust to changing priorities while collaborating with Receiving, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Contracts.
- Load and unload materials using manual or power-assisted equipment; lift and move items up to 50 lbs and transport materials between operational areas.
- Determine shipment routing within established guidelines.
- Train and support less experienced team members.
- Maintain accurate time charging, follow established procedures, and keep work areas orderly.
- Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, or a 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, material handling, computerized inventory systems, and working with cross-functional operational teams, including use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work an onsite shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with inventory practices in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
- Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) in a production or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with L3Harris product lines or applicable industry standards.
Pay & Benefits
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $44,000 - $82,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
