Inventory Functional Business Analyst

Position Overview

The Functional Business Analyst (BA) will serve as a key member of the ERP transformation team, supporting business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities. This role requires partnering closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and related integrations.

Requirements

• Experience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of Workday inventory module and configuration.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience coordinating testing and managing defect resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cutover planning, production support, and hypercare processes.
