Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with stock management policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
