Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with stock management policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding shipments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
