Role Overview: An Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory operations within a laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase ordersProcess inventory into management system and maintain accurate recordsEnsure workstations are stocked and restocked as neededDistribute lab coats to staff membersParticipate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentProficiency in basic computer skills and data entryKnowledge of inventory control and physical inventory proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyStrong communication skills and attention to detailPreferred: 2+ years of inventory, purchasing, or cycle count experience in a hospital lab
