Job Details

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and kit materials for projects, installations, service calls, and other operational needs
• Create and manage purchase orders and coordinate the ordering of parts and supplies
• Track incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and ensure all items are properly received and recorded
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and internal audits
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
• Distribute equipment, supplies, hardware, software licenses, and other materials to employees, technicians, and business partners
• Carefully coordinate the tracking, processing, and shipment of returned or replacement equipment
• Maintain organized warehouse storage and assist with optimizing space and inventory accessibility
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation related to purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions
• Collaborate with project managers, branch leadership, accounting, operations, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth inventory flow
• Perform quality checks on incoming and existing inventory to ensure materials meet established standards
• Utilize inventory management, purchasing, and other business systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
• Aid in process improvements designed to increase inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost control
• Perform additional duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, purchasing, procurement, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with purchase orders, receiving, inventory records, and vendor communications
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
