About the role
As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position is essential for ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting logistics, and helping deliver products to customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute routine cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for count accuracy and update inventory software with current information.
- Organize warehouse space for efficiency and ergonomics.
- Assist material handlers in locating and reconciling misplaced inventory.
- Support logistics by arranging transportation, completing export documentation, and coordinating with customers and freight providers.
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Experience performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.
Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.
Pay
$23.29 - $34.93 per hour
