Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process job order part returns and remove from RO and put parts away.
- Conduct audits on work order kits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure parts within inventory management system are up to date, in a timely, accurate manner to minimize the impacts on operations.
- Carry out inventory counts and maintain inventory records in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare and process parts shipping to and from paint shop internal or external and record data on paint tracker.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of parts operations.
- Monitor all parts request to ensure they are issued to work orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in related area as an individual contributor.
- 1 to 3 years parts experience.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
- General mechanical aptitude and experience with parts required.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, heavy equipment, diesel truck parts and/or farm equipment helpful.
- General aptitude in working with common computer software (MS Office Suite, Internet, etc.) for data and operational analysis.
- In depth knowledge of inventory software and the processes within that directly affect parts inventory.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a positive service experience.
