Inventory Control Specialist

About the role

Responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage stock replenishment
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform physical counts of inventory as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
