Job Summary The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the inventory control of finished goods as well as raw materials. In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy. Job Responsibilities Reconciliation of receiving/purchasing documentation. Distribute documentation to accounting/purchasing department once information has been verified and receivedEnsure all deliveries are properly received and posted in company ERP systemReport daily material movement to accounting in order to accurately reflect used quantity within the production processWork with accounting and plant management ensure critical supply (min/man), inventory cycle counts done either monthly or quarterly using required tag controls and test countsEnsure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored (This would include working with the material handling coordinator to ensure contract specific items are separated, counted, and properly stored)Identify and report to management slow-moving inventory and obsolete materialSee to proper inventory to ensure customers’ demands are met in the most efficient manner obtainableWork with cross-functional teams in the plant to ensure continuity and streamlined processes related to material handling, inventory control, and valid documentation Job Requirements Minimum high school diploma or equivalentInventory control experienceProficiency with MS Office SoftwareAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day Compensation The hourly rate is $26-$28/hr401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
