Inventory Control Specialist

Description

Full time opening in Troy, MI. We are seeking an individual to join our team servicing the Commercial and Industrial Steam & Hot Water Boiler Industry. As the DJ Conley Inventory Control Specialist, you will provide support to our warehouse and parts team by maintaining warehouse and service vehicle inventory along with supporting cross department communication.

Education AND/OR Experience

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Accounting coursework is a plus.
• Experience of 2 to 4 years.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Able to communicate well in both written and verbal platforms
• Understand and adhere to safety standards, including drug and alcohol screening
• Demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis
• Possess a clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Display manual dexterity
• In good enough physical shape to assist with shipping and receiving

Responsibilities

• Create quarterly inventory valuation reports.
• Maintain service truck inventory as needed.
• Utilize in house "Field Servio" software
• Process vendor bills
• Process counter sales invoicing
• Secure future customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction.
