About the Role
Manages efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success.
- Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner.
- Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures.
- Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization.
- Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner.
- Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks.
- Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations.
- Completes forklift inspections daily.
- Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action.
- Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- AAON Forklift Certification.
