The Inventory Control Lead position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ. You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will.... Share business information through floor presence Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary Suggest improvements to current techniques Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates…. High School Diploma or EquivalentAt least 1 year in a leadership roleHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentations Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition and subtraction) Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team Available to work overtime and flexible schedules Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed Perform other warehouse duties as assigned We prefer some of these qualities as well…. At least 2 years of work experience in high volume distribution or manufacturingExperience with Warehouse Management Systems Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role….
